EPMA students enroll from all over the world. Our courses and programs are internationally recognized and is designed to provide training and support to consultants worldwide.
At the Event Planning and Management Academy we stand behind our content and services. We provide one of the only programs to grant a refund after a student is given access to our training materials. You have seven days to preview the program, and if you’re not satisfied for any reason we will refund the tuition cost in full, no questions asked. In addition, due to the high quality of our program, should you choose to withdraw from it after the seven-day period, you will still be eligible for a prorated refund based on how far along you are in your program.
Yes. Our programs are self-paced and designed to fit into your busy schedule. As our testimonials confirm, the majority of our students work full-time and have no difficulties managing the workload.
It is a self-paced program. It depends on your schedule and how much time you have to devote to it. Therefore, you can complete the program as fast as you like, or give yourself up to 12 months to complete it. The majority of students work full-time while taking the class and can easily accommodate the course workload.
You will learn through a combination of online interactive modules, like readings, videos, quizzes, assignments, and projects, and live class discussions and webinars. The course also includes an exam. If you're unable to join a live discussion, recordings of the sessions will be uploaded to the video library, so you can watch them at your convenience.
It is a self-paced program that was designed to take about 360 hours of study to complete. Therefore, you can complete the program as fast as you like, or give yourself up to 24 months to complete it. The program provides the flexibility you need to complete it as your schedule permits.
You will be assigned to a mentor, who will guide you through every step of your training. You will then receive an email from our Admissions Director that will include the access link to our online training site. Information on how to contact your assigned mentor will also be included should you have any questions during the program.
No relocation is required. Your assigned work location will be within 30 miles from your present home.

No. You may not combine it with any other offer.
You will be notified within 5-7 business days. If you do not qualify for the Location-Based Assistance Program, there may be alternative financing options available to support your enrollment in the Event Planning and Management Academy's program. We encourage all applicants to explore these options and reach out to our admissions team for assistance.
You will have up to 15 days to accept the offer.
If you qualify for the program, the Event Planning and Management Academy will award you up to 80% off the cost of the program. This award will be deducted directly from the program cost, and you will not be required to repay the funds.
Qualified candidates are individuals residing in areas with a significant demand for event planners, as identified by our partner firms. Additionally, eligibility criteria may include factors such as demonstrated need and meeting the academy's admission requirements.
By participating in the Location-Based Assistance Program, you can receive substantial financial support to pursue your education and training in event planning. Additionally, successful completion of the program may enhance your opportunities for employment with our partner event planning firms.
There are no obligations or commitments associated with receiving assistance through the Location-Based Assistance Program. The funds awarded to qualified candidates are provided as a grant and do not need to be repaid.
Candidates for the Location-Based Assistance Program are selected based on various factors, including residency in areas with high demand for event planners, financial need, and meeting EPMA's admission criteria. Selection decisions are made by the academy's admissions team in collaboration with partner firms.

It aims to support individuals in accessing training opportunities and joining our partner event planning firms.
